PHOTOGRAPHER / ACTOR
Hello! My name is Dawn Cochran. I am a photographer & actor based out of Buffalo, NY.
In the photography world, I have been shooting for as long as I can remember. I am a firm believer that there is always room for improvement, so I actively take new classes whenever I can. I started taking on clients in March 2024. I specialize in creative modeling, portraits, couples/families, engagements, pet photography, and automotive. I love animals, landscapes, and anything worth photographing as well. If there is anything you'd like to discuss with me, send me a message.
I pride myself on setting a relaxed & fun tone for all photoshoots. My number one goal is to make everyone feel safe & comfortable. I currently have 5 stars on google.

I started my acting journey as a child, participating in school plays and summer programs. After a very long hiatus, I started back up in 2021 doing some background work on local indie films. Since then, I have 15+ credits under my belt, including a series, 2 feature films, many short films, a handful of student films, two 48-hour film projects, a pilot episode filmed in Albuquerque, NM, a few commercials based out of Rochester, NY, and training videos for West Herr Automotive.
I have studied Meisner/Method at Frank Rossi Studio in Buffalo, NY, Scene Study and Advanced Scene Study at Alleyway Theatre in Buffalo, NY, On Camera One at Drama Inc. in Atlanta, GA, Improv Workshop at the Groundlings in Los Angeles, CA, and an Intensive Workshop the Academy of Film. Also One-on-One coaching with Tracie Thomason. I have a Performing Arts Certificate from NYU Tisch, as well as a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Buffalo State College. I currently am a member of the ALC Acting Studio, led by Andrew Lewis Caldwell.
